You will receive 1 Bakery, 1 Station House and 1 Saloon from the contracts.

 

DO NOT SELL the Station House or the Saloon, you cannot get them back by buying them again.

 

You will need to build 22 Bakeries, which require the following:

 

Wood: 4,400

Nails:  4,400

 

Build XP: 550 (you will gain some additional XP by shipping any products needed to the station)
